1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact information: name, phone number, email, country/language.

- Progress data: weight, measurements, photos (if provided), check-in responses.
- Health-related data voluntarily provided by you (such as analyses or medical information).
- Messages exchanged with your dietitian and our support team, including voice messages. Recording a voice message requires access to your device microphone.

- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies.
- Payment data: processed by payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- Activity data from Health Connect (Android): the number of steps and total calories burned per day — only if you connect step tracking in the app yourself and grant read permission. We do not read any other Health Connect data types.
- Records of your acceptance of programme terms: the date and time of acceptance, the document version and the language it was shown to you in.
- The dates and times when access was granted to a programme, when you signed in to your account and when you opened its materials.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data to:
- provide services and support;
- personalize nutrition plans and recommendations;
- track your progress. Your weight, measurements, check-in responses and progress photos are what your dietitian uses to build and adjust your nutrition plan. Collecting this health-related data is the core function of the service: without it, personal nutrition guidance is not possible;
- communicate with users;
- ensure security and prevent abuse;
- improve service quality and analytics;
- comply with legal obligations;
- confirm that a digital product was delivered and that you accepted the applicable terms;
- Show you and your dietitian your daily activity (steps and calories) to help adjust your nutrition plan.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
- performance of a contract;
- user consent (for sensitive data and marketing communications);
- legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement).
4. Communication Channels and Third-Party Platforms
Communication may occur via messaging platforms and email (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, email).
Data shared through these channels may also be processed by their respective providers.
We apply reasonable measures to limit internal access to personal data.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with the following processors:
- PayPlus - payment processing. Payments are made outside the mobile application; the application itself contains no purchases.
- Microsoft Clarity - session recording and analytics on our website and in our mobile application. Recordings are transmitted to and stored by Microsoft (United States). The recording service's masking features are used to limit the capture of sensitive on-screen content.
- ContentSquare - session recording and analytics on our marketing web pages. It is not used in the mobile application.
- Sentry - crash reports and application diagnostics.
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Services) - delivery of push notifications and distribution of the Android application.
- Hosting, infrastructure and communication providers, and contractors involved in service delivery.
Only necessary data is shared.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill legal obligations.
Data may be processed and stored outside your country of residence, including Israel and the European Union.
Steps and calories from Health Connect are retained for as long as your account exists; revoking permission in the Health Connect app stops the transfer of new data.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

You may:
- request access to your data;
- request correction of your data;

- withdraw consent;
- restrict processing;

How to request deletion of your account and your data: send a request from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion". We will confirm receipt and delete your account and the associated data, except for records we are required to retain by law (for example, accounting records of payments already made).
Deletion applies to both the website and the INBALANCE mobile application, and covers your profile, nutrition plans, food diary, check-ins, photos, questionnaire answers and chat history.
