1. Not a Medical Service

• INBALANCE provides informational and consulting guidance related to nutrition and lifestyle habits and does not provide medical services.
• Recommendations, materials, and communications provided through the Service do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medical supervision, or prescription, and do not replace consultation with a licensed physician or healthcare provider.
• Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship, clinical relationship, or any form of medical supervision.

2. Voluntary Participation

• I confirm that my participation in the program is voluntary and based on my own decision.
• I understand that I may discontinue participation and stop using the Service at any time.

3. When Medical Consultation Is Required

Before starting and/or during participation, I agree to consult a physician if I have or develop any of the following conditions:

• pregnancy or breastfeeding;
• diabetes or glucose metabolism disorders;
• heart, kidney, or liver disease;
• eating disorders (including anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating disorder);
• serious psychological or psychiatric conditions;
• use of medications affecting appetite, blood pressure, blood sugar, or metabolism;
• any other medical condition requiring physician supervision.

If I experience any deterioration in my health or well-being, I will discontinue following the recommendations and seek medical attention.

4. Accuracy of Information

• I confirm that all information I provide in questionnaires and communications is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• I understand that the quality and safety of recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

5. Star / Points Method

• I understand that stars, points, or numeric indicators used in nutrition plans are simplified reference units created for convenience and structured nutrition guidance.
• These indicators may differ from precise nutritional calculations and are not intended for medical monitoring, diagnosis, or treatment of any disease or medical condition.

6. Assumption of Risk

• I understand that changes in nutrition and habits may result in temporary discomfort or individual physiological responses.
• I voluntarily accept reasonable risks associated with participation and assume responsibility for my personal decisions and actions.

7. Emergency Situations and No Medical Monitoring

• INBALANCE is not intended for emergency use.
• In case of a medical emergency, I must contact emergency services or a licensed medical professional immediately.
• The Service does not provide medical monitoring, real-time health monitoring, or emergency response services.
• I understand that messaging support has response times and is not intended for urgent or emergency communication.

8. Age Requirement

• I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am using the Service with appropriate consent from a legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

9. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Results depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to: health status, adherence to recommendations, lifestyle factors, stress, sleep, physical activity, and individual physiology.
