A job where you can influence the product, processes, and organic growth
INBALANCE brings together professionals who care not just about completing tasks, but about understanding who they’re working for and why. We’re developing a nutrition system for real life, strengthening our team, and looking for people who are ready to take on responsibility, propose solutions, and grow alongside the project.
It’s important to us not only what you can do, but also how you work
Some positions are open to those with inside knowledge of the INBALANCE system
Personal experience with the program is especially important in situations where a specialist works directly with clients. Someone who has been through the process themselves has a better understanding of the participants’ questions, concerns, and challenges, and can explain the system beyond just following the instructions.
That is why, for certain positions, we primarily consider INBALANCE graduates. This is not a mandatory extension of the program or a promise of employment, but rather an opportunity to apply their own experience in a new professional role.
